I’ve been out of pocket a bit lately. Kind of a perfect storm type of thing.
I was crazy sick! I was out for roughly 2 weeks. Thanksgiving overlapped with being sick and then I went out of town for work.
All of that being said, I posted only six times in the month of November. 😲 That’s the lowest amount I’ve posted in a single month since the website started 7 months ago.
Actually, six isn’t as bad as I thought. I truly thought I had only done three or four but I guess I had my crap together earlier in the month.
However, I haven’t been working on the other website, CleverHer, at all. And I’ve fallen being on my coaching classes.
I don’t feel like this was a total failure since I still posted a minimum of once per week, so I won’t be hard on myself.

More great news!! I had one day in November that had 66 Google Search impressions!! WHOA! Remember when I was happy to have 1?!?!
I’ve had 12 clicks this month from Google searches! WHAT! Whoa guys! You’re clicking so much I can’t even keep up! (joking here but literally seeing a Google click on one of my links is the highlight of my days.)

Earnings In November 2023
$8.84. All from Affiliate marketing. Haven’t sold one eBook or spreadsheet template. 😖
Goals
Let’s jump to the goals and get into specifics here.
Goals by end of December 2023:
- Earn $100 in 2023 from Affiliate marketing. – $99.93. $0.07 away!!!
- If not Google Adsense, find another ad placement company to use. – Well, looking for something else. However, this is not a current priority. A priority is working on the new site and not letting my writing slip completely.
- Create an eBook that I sell on the website. – Done. I’m keeping this on the goal sheet until the end of the year so I know I did something great.
- 100 Google Search Impressions per day – I had 588 impressions for the total month of October, and 928 in November!!!! WHAT! Talk about crazy improvement!! Largest day was 66 in one day but this is really going up! Still shooting for 100 before end of year. I feel like if I fix some of my pic sizes, this may happen.
- All articles obtain a SEO score of at least 95 – I still have 20 left. Total slacker here.
- Launch new website by the end of 2023 – cleverher.com – Eh, I won’t throw in the towel yet. Let’s hope for healthy, non-eventful December.
- Move all career related articles to the new site and figure out how to do redirects so I don’t lose any old links – Eh, hoping towards the end of December
- Finish all career coaching classes and obtain certification – Haven’t finished yet or gotten much further, but still planning to complete before the end of the year
- I’ve researched how to become a Pinterest Mastermind – Now I just need to actually do it. Sometime before the end of the year, I need to get on Tailwind and start dedicating a day a week or so to planning out my pins. – I did get on Tailwind but I’m not sold, guys…Not sure why everyone talks so highly on it. Maybe I need to keep playing with it. I also don’t want to pay for it, so that may be why I think it’s not that great.
My next Update post will probably be in 2024, which is really exciting!!! I hope everyone that reads this has a fantastic holiday season filled with family and joy. Thank you for everything that you have given me this year, which is so much. 💜
